The place is really nice. The staff, especially the CNAs and nurses, have taken really good care of me. Of course there are some issues but they are handled very professionally and I’m thankful everyday for this place.
Great facility with caring and dedicated staff. Taya and Tierra in the Social Services Department have been especially helpful and kind. They are always willing to answer questions and provide support when needed. We truly appreciate everything they do!

Residents are so pleasant here at menlo Park, the activities that take place on a daily basis @ Jaidyen { the director of activities } you’re amazing! This building is truly built on foundation. Special thank you to seanna, hr director and Ashley business office manager. You guys are killing it.
Staff is wonderful, but if you are able, get your water yourself. Food is fairly good, but it does get repetitive. Rooms are cleaned daily. There is new flooring and paint. The “Bigwigs,” have their doors open. Lastly, the receptionist Daisy is more than amazing. If you need something done go to her. She is a phenomenal advocate.
