One of my favorite places! Friendly, positive staff that go above and beyond for residents!

Staff is wonderful, but if you are able, get your water yourself. Food is fairly good, but it does get repetitive. Rooms are cleaned daily. There is new flooring and paint. The “Bigwigs,” have their doors open.

Overall, the staff here is quite friendly. Pretty much on the ball. The food is ok. Some days are better than others. Therapy staff keeps me going. I get along well with the nursing staff.

The staffs are great! The CNA’S are lovely! The food is really good it helped me lose weights!

And even then. They offered assistance and then stopped answering phone calls the fact of a patient who was needing mental health care ended up on the street befor my care was done .. ..

Please do not send your loved ones here I currently have a family member in this care facility and has been neglected to the full extent! The staff at the facility are highly unprofessional Meela at the front desk will completely ignore you and if asked for any assistance will have rude remarks to carry with her bad attitude. This facility is not secure the front door has patients letting random people in and out. The pictures off the website are 100% false this facility houses 4 people to one room and separates with curtains. The facility is not kept clean and sanitized including patients’ area, they don’t tend to residences at all and as soon as you enter you can smell urine at the front door which also has active drug use from homeless community around the facility. I highly advise anyone who has family here please continue to advocate and check in daily with your family members they need you.

Doing this as another provider. We had a difficult patient and sent them to Menlo and have heard great things about the facility through them. Great management team.

This facility went downhill quick, had a doctor Siemens with an in care provider, who stated he would be right back after I barely got to speaking! He never came back to the appointment and I had a little bit of some serious things going on. He came back a couple of days later and said we would have another appointment Monday, which was the prior appointment. Day of the week! Instead I was showering and had an employee open the door without even knocking, later while in my room a social worker came in and stated she was looking for me, so clearly she was the one opening my bathroom door and she let me know that my discharge date has came and the doctors cleared me! This is also on the Monday that I was supposed to be seeing a Doctor Who missed seeing me the week prior

Was discharged to this place today and what an ordeal. First off the admitting lead gal didn’t even know I was coming, though they were notified. The room they tried to put me in was filthy with beds straight out of the 80’s with matching mattress. As a fall risk, the bed had no precautions to prevent or notify staff of I fell. Writing and stickers on the wall and dust to match. For a medical facility they should be exceptionally clean, but no. There was also medication on the floor. When told about it, the person picked up and moved on like notifying happened. Website photos don’t match reality. Thoroughly disappointed. Here I am back at the ER because of this facilities ineptitude.

Amazing and Wonderful! I am currently a patient, resident at Menlo Park Post Acute. I was at first sceptical about any and all physical rehabilitation facilities. However Menlo Park Post Acute has performed to me an incredible service! Staff from top to bottom ALL HANDS have been EMPATHETIC, KIND, COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL! I cannot express enough my gratitude for this facility. I eat well bathe, receive physical and occupational therapy. Physical therapy include hard work yet fun things as well like Balloon Volleyball. Activities such as BINGO and CRAFTS day. I am allowed to smile and help bring HOPE to some who seem to have none. Please come in and see for yourself as I may be here for a couple of months! With ALL MY HEART, Menlo Park Post Acute THANK YOU!

The staff and Administrator really care about the health of their community and show it in their service and enthusiasm. Recommend whole heartedly!

This is an amazing place to get better. Great caring staff and great management that focuses on residents achieving their desired results.

The staff here at Menlo Park have been amazing! They have a solid nursing team that provides excellent care. They are also making massive renovations on the interior and exterior of the building to make it nicer for the residents, staff and visitors.

I am a nurse and I visited a client today. Staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. Client stated she is very happy with the care she has been receiving. One star docked due to the facility appearing older with older equipment. There was painting going on, but otherwise clean facility. Rooms are a bit small and hallways packed with people.

The nursing home provided excellent care for my family member. Ms. Katsirubas was very helpful with options for care. I very much appreciate all the help that was given to us.
