Lots of helpfull staff who care about their residents.

The staff personnel were helpful and caring, while we visited our friend.

This place rocks! The way they cared for my wife after she was hit by a bus when she was high was exceptional!! The staff are so friendly and caring. Spencer has a great team!

This place has really turned a new page with new management! They have updated the hallways, rooms, and really made it a safer and more pleasant place for loved ones to be helped and taken care of. Definitely would feel comfortable with my loved ones being cared for here, especially with the new management!!

Incredible service, all nurses and CNAs were extremely helpful. The scenery is exceptional as well, felt like paradise. I highly recommend staying here as long as you can.

The staff are incredible!! Also the updates they have made to the building have made it look like a brand new building inside. They definitely care about residents experiences!

ZERO STARS! Absolute incompetence abound. Was hung up on for asking to talk to some one who could understand English so I could get my mothers sisters on the “can call” list.

The place is really nice. The staff, especially the CNAs and nurses, have taken really good care of me. Of course there are some issues but they are handled very professionally and I’m thankful everyday for this place.

Great facility with caring and dedicated staff. Taya and Tierra in the Social Services Department have been especially helpful and kind. They are always willing to answer questions and provide support when needed. We truly appreciate everything they do!

I was a resident at Menlo Park Post Acute and am incredibly grateful for the care and support I received. Residents are so pleasant here at menlo Park, the activities that take place on a daily basis @ Jaidyen { the director of activities } you’re amazing! This building is truly built on foundation. Special thank you to seanna, hr director and Ashley business office manager. You guys are killing it.

Staff is wonderful, but if you are able, get your water yourself. Food is fairly good, but it does get repetitive. Rooms are cleaned daily. There is new flooring and paint. The “Bigwigs,” have their doors open. Lastly, the receptionist Daisy is more than amazing. If you need something done go to her. She is a phenomenal advocate.

Shoutout to the social services department that face many different obstacles and challenges on a daily basis , you guys rock and always have solutions.

This building has come a long way! The social services department is by far the best in the business. The therapy team is second to none. You can tell everyone really cares about the residents!

I highly recommend Menlo Park Post Acute for your family or loved ones. This facility offers a lot more than most all the staff have been a pleasure to work with. Daisy at the reception desk is very knowledgeable and will help you navigate or get you to the right place/ person if you need assistance when visiting or calling the facility. I will continue to recommend this place

The staff at this facility always go above and beyond for their residents and provide excellent care.

Food is ok but could have more choices. PT and OT working hard to get us where we need to go. Nursing staff can pay attention more to call lights but working very hard.

As an outside provider who regularly visits Menlo Post Acute, I consistently find the facility to be well-managed, organized, and thoughtfully run. The staff are welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive, creating a supportive environment that reflects strong teamwork and a clear commitment to resident care. It is always a positive experience collaborating with the team here, and their level of compassion and coordination is evident throughout the facility.

The Social Services Department ( Tierra and Taya ), are truly the heart of this building. They are strong advocates for both the residents and the community, consistently going above and beyond to provide support, guidance, and care. Their dedication doesn’t end when someone leaves the building—they continue to help people transition successfully and feel supported every step of the way. Their compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern for others make this place feel like home. I am grateful for everything they do and the positive impact they have on so many lives.
